– Inspire Fitness: Foundations of Strength. Offered by Keith Wimsett with Inspire Personal Fitness. Come learn the basics of a solid strength workout program that will give you build lean muscle while keeping your joints healthy. This workout
will include a dynamic warm up, mobility and strength training so you never feel lost in the gym again. All fitness levels are welcome.
Any workout can make you tired. Our workouts make you better!
– Asheville Pilates: The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences that are based on dance, swimming, martial arts, and yoga.
– Dragon Phoenix: Introduction to Chen Style Tai Chi class. Chen Style Tai Chi is the original style of Tai Chi created in the mid-1600s. It will start with Silk Reeling Tai Chi exercises followed by the original Tai Chi form. Dragon Phoenix will be able to answer any questions, share information about history, mechanics, philosophy, theory, application, etc. Chen Style Tai Chi can be used as a moving meditation, for energy work, for physical therapy, or as a fighting style.
